These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Dot & Think ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Dot & Think is a collection of educational and recreational board games designed for children and families. The App may include games such as Gomoku (Five in a Row), Connect Four, Tic-Tac-Toe, Dots and Boxes, and other similar games.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
Dot & Think may offer optional in-app purchases through Apple's App Store.
Available purchase options and their prices are displayed in the App and may vary by country or region.
The App may offer an auto-renewable Annual subscription.
After the applicable free trial period, your Apple ID account will be charged the subscription price unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends.
The subscription automatically renews for another subscription period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store subscription management interface.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
The App may also offer a one-time Lifetime purchase.
The Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-recurring payment that unlocks the features and content included with the Lifetime purchase at the time of purchase.
The price displayed at the time of purchase applies to the transaction. Availability and pricing may vary by country or region.
All payments for in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details or Apple ID password.
By making an in-app purchase, you acknowledge that the transaction is processed through Apple's payment system and is subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
You can manage or cancel an active subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, cancellation should be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Requests for refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policies and procedures.
Eligible purchases may be restored through the App's restore purchase functionality using the Apple ID account originally used to make the purchase.
Dot & Think is designed for children and families. Purchases and other activities involving external links or commercial transactions may be protected by a parental gate where required by applicable platform requirements.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the App and for purchases made through their Apple ID account.
All content, graphics, artwork, software, names, logos, and other materials included in Dot & Think are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No rights to the App or its content are transferred to you except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or completely error-free on every device or under every network condition.
We may update, modify, add, or remove features and content from the App from time to time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the App after changes to these Terms means that you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
